Kekfeng Lee
Kekfeng, Lee, a Visual Designer who was raised in Malacca, Malaysia. He became Visual Designer in Studio Dumbar after he graduated from The Royal Academy of Art, The Hague in 2011. Kekfeng spent 5 years in Studio Dumbar, to expand his comfort zone and exposed to variety of culture studies, especially visual graphic. Throughout years, Kekfeng discovers that Visual Graphic defines who he wants to be. In 2017, his vision is to connect with people and go beyond the boundaries of Visual Graphic to expand its horizon. To continue his passion, he decided to focus on visual experiment, multicultural visual and design education.

“Poster Design on the wall. Is it necessary?”
As our daily lifestyle blend into the world with full of technology, print media has been slowing down and literally replace by digital media, so does poster design. If poster is meant to be presented by pasting it on the wall, does it still give impact to the audience? How can we present the poster differently? Have you ever thought of poster dance gracefully, or speak fluently according to your preferred language? In this workshop, we will look into the perspective of diversification for expanding poster's existence, from identifying quick statement to experimental stage. Stay tuned.

Having that inspiration, my work has become more vibrant and versatile" shared by Kekfeng. Nevertheless, Kekfeng strongly believes that design innovation should pair with research and attitude for design breakthrough.
