"Type doesn’t grow on trees"... simply means someone is out there designing it. This is a collection of typeface specimens from designers around the world. Shown here are new artworks created especially for the Bangkok International Typographic Symposium 30-31 October 2010 combined with work from the 2008 major type design exhibition “Schrift in Form” at Klingspor Museum Offenbach, Germany.

Vous pouvez y découvrir de nouvelles créations, imaginées spécialement pour le Bangkok International Typographic Symposium des 30 et 31 octobre 2010 au côté des travaux d’une exposition de typographie de 2008 « Schrift in Form » du Musée Klingspor d’Offenbach en Allemagne.
"Schrifttypen wachsen nicht auf Bäumen" … bedeutet dass jemand diese Typen auch entwerfen muss. Eine Reihe von Exemplaren mit unterschiedlichsten Schrift- und Drucktypen, entworfen von Künstlern aus aller Welt, zeigt diese Ausstellung.
Die Arbeiten wurden teils eigens für das Bangkok International Typographic Symposion geschaffen, das am 30. und 31. Oktober 2010 stattfindet, teils stammen sie aus der Ausstellung „Schrift in Form“ 2008 im Klingspor Museum Offenbach.
แบบตัวอักษรไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติ ... หมายความว่า ต้องมีใครบางคนใช้เวลาเพื่อออกแบบมัน นิทรรศการแบบแสดงชุดตัวอักษรจากนัักออกแบบนานาชาติ ผลงานที่จัดแสดงในครั้งนี้ถูกออกแบบขึ้นใหม่สำหรับงานสัมมนาวิชาการอักขรศิลป์นานาชาติ กรุงเทพฯ และส่วนหนึ่งได้มาจาก นิทรรศการ “Schrift in Form” จัดแสดงที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ คลิงสปอล์ เมืองฮอฟเฟนบัช ประเทศเยอรมันนี
活字は、「果樹」のような自然の恵ではなく、人が自ら作りだしたものです。ここに集められた数々の活字見本は、世界中のデザイナーによって作られたものです。今回の「バンコク国際タイポグラフィー・シンポジウム」（2010年10月30日-31日）のために作られた新しいものもあれば、2008年にドイツ・オッフェンバッハのクリンクシュポール美術館で 開催された活字デザイン展「Schrift in Form」（形の中の文字）の作品も展示されています。
